I love this place! It’s clean and cozy! The front desk staff, especially Megan, was super nice and welcoming. She helped me find the best deals running for Botox the day of my appointment to help save me money! Abby injected me and she is phenomenal. She was friendly and patient oriented. Abby made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I feel more confident and beautiful after my visit! I love how my lips turned out! Thank you Megan and Abby!

I had a great experience with Bethany NP. The Botox treatment was excellent. Bethany was kind , caring and professional. The whole staff is welcoming and engaging. Their expertise and services will not disappoint. They have years of expertise in skincare and aesthetics. I highly recommend them.

This was my first experience at the Centerville office. I LOVE this office, I’ve been receiving Botox at another company for 11 years and this experience at Spa Medicca was superior. Super nice, pleasant, patient (and pretty) staff took their time with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. I’ve never had such amazing treatment in all of the other places I’ve been. I can’t wait to go back and explore other services.

I used to get outstanding service from the former owner, Dr Chris Sessler, but with no notice he sold the business to some unknown entity. Just received an email saying they will now charge a non-refundable deposit of $50 to $100 to make an appointment. They were one of the top med spas in the country under Sessler but won’t be for long with a dumb policy like this.
