Bravia Dermatology Defiance

I have been going to this office for approximately a year today’s date is February 7, 2025 I have never ran into any issues with any of the staff, as a matter of fact they are all very friendly and helpful. I also see Vickie the Esthetician, she is AMAZING!!! I have never had an issue understanding how she explains Dr. ZO’s products, what they do and how they work. They in them selves are very great products that actually work and are very worth their price. I would highly recommend this Bravia Dermatology office!!!!💯😁🤩

I love Bravia! They are very thorough. She spends time with me, telling me what the names of the spots are. Freezes off the ones I want gone, she did a biopsy this time on one of the spots. The staff is very friendly! I have a lot of sun damage spots, due to my love of laying & playing in the sun. Lived in Florida, I was outside always. I had a spot on my chest, that they had to do surgery on. Squamous cell carcinoma. I’ve been cancer free, thanks to them, for a few years now. I have and will continue to recommend this dermatologist!

I was seen quickly for a questionable spot on my cheek. I was assured that it was not cancerous. I was encouraged to keep my eye out for such spots, just in case, because early detection is important.

Extremely extremely extremely SLOW I DONT RECOMMENDED THEM!!!! I went up at 10 to see if they forgot about my husband. I was sent back to my husband room. Question wasnt answered! Waited from 830 to 10:15 before any surgery. Surgery was 5 mins long. And I had to change my husbands bottom bandages full of blood. At 10:45. Then 11:20 that was the first MY husband was checked on after surgery. Because I went to the front desk I asked very NICELY if they forgot about him. At 10. We got a note not to return. HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!!

As a new patient I had an extensive interview with a medical assistant. She took notes on my specific concerns as well as gathering general information. I then waited for 15-20 minutes for the nurse practitioner. She scanned me quickly, treated three small issues, and was done in 5 minutes. I asked a question and she answered. However, the concerns I had brought up with the MA were not addressed. As a new patient, I felt the treatment was perfunctory. Based on the high level of satisfaction shown in other reviews, I am disappointed.
