I made an appointment with Nume" for a free consultation to learn more about Botox and Lip Fillers. I was nervous at first but Dr. Janice made it very easy to talk about my concerns, she answered all my questions, gave me her professional opinion on my concerns and explained procedures in a way it was easy to understand. She has a way of making you feel comfortable, I think it may be because she treats you like a friend not just a client. She has no problem with doing the least at first on a procedure and having you come back if you feel you want more. She even text after procedures to check on you and ask if you have any questions or concerns. Dr. Janice listens and cares! Being my first time having anything done, I had questions. She dropped everything on a Sunday when she wasn't in the office and met me there to go over my concerns and answer my questions. She honestly cares about her clients needs and wants. I like the fact that all her prices are listed and consultations are free. Dr. Janice really adds the personal touch! I feel lucky to have her to talk comfortably with about my personal concerns and to have her give me the professional advice on what I can do to get the results that will make me feel more confident!
