I can't say enough about the care I got from Crystal Clinic and Dr. Pennington. A 1st class operation from start to finish. I was well informed of my surgery and expected outcomes. A lot of personal contact before and after surgery. I would highly recommend both Dr. Pennington and Crystal Clinic.

Dr. Cody is a perfectionist. Which is greatly appreciated. He’s extremely personable and answers all your questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend him for any plastic surgery procedure you would have.

I have an unusual condition with my legs and I was referred here. I was told I would need to get testing done and a diagnosis before they will see me. Which was fine. so I did that, which took approximately 2 months to get scheduled and done. They called after the test results were sent in and said they are not treating patients for my condition. This was very upsetting because why would they tell me to get testing if they were never going to see me anyway, and if they had told me that in the first place, I could have been looking at other facilities in those 2 months. In the meantime, I had also scheduled a consult with them for a different problem, but I cancelled this appointment after I found out they wouldn’t see me for my leg condition, because why would I want to go to a place that either lies or doesn’t know what they are talking about. Now I’m getting confirmation notices and pre-appt questionnaires sent to me for the appointment I cancelled. So first I get lied to, and now they aren’t removing my appointment I cancelled for what, to get a no-show fee out of me? I don’t know if this was all reception’s doing but one or more people there are incompetent and/or malicious, and I will never go there for anything now.

Dr. Yoho really took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions in a manner that was very easy to understand. I have been with this office for 12 years after mastectomy with excellent care. My other surgeon retired & referred me to Dr. Yoho. I know I am in great hands under his care.
