I was randomly looking at my skin and felt compelled to write a review because crystal truly made a significant difference in my super dry, always angry, acne prone skin after only 3 treatments. I don’t know how she does it but I’d say it’s 50% her incredible knowledge, skill and technique, and the other 50% is her love and genuine care for her work and her clients, and the positive energy that she radiates. I’m so lucky to have found Crystal’s spa and all the things that it offers - specialized, custom care for your skin in a truly non judgmental setting (anyone with acne knows how debilitating it can be and how we can feel judged & ashamed for the state of our skin) and professionals that care and are dedicated to helping you feel confident in your skin. I will literally never go anywhere else and would book a facial here every week if I could.

Crystal Gayle Aesthetics is the perfect combination between cozy and clean. The staff is welcoming and goes beyond my expectations to meet my needs. The products used are safe for sensitive skin and contain all clean ingredients. As a client with sensitive skin, it is hard to find a spa that can help my skin without causing a reaction. I had Crystal and Hilary review my allergens before any procedures and they were extremely careful with my skin.

Had a great first experience at CGA with the CEO Facial, not only was it the perfect facial that I was looking for, but Crystal herself was amazing too. Informative, attentive and provided the perfect atmosphere and treatment. Already have been back and again, the service both Crystal and her team provided, was stellar. Booked several additional services over the next few months, thanks GCA and team!

If I could leave 10 starts I would! 5 for Crystal, and 5 for the boutique. I've been a client of Crystals for more than a decade. She's so consistent and GREAT at her craft! I moved from Columbus a few years ago, when I visit, getting a facial by Crystal is a MUST. She's really knows skin, and is always learning about new technology and skin care products. My skin is sensitive and I've never had any issues after a facial with her, I have in other spas. She takes the time to give specific steps on how to care for my skin, products to use, in between appointments. I've referred her to many friends, each one of them have loved her services! I travel often and live in Atlanta and will fly home for Crystal's services. The boutique is clean, you're in and out. Would recommend!
