The laser loft is a great local business that supports my laser hair removal needs. I had previously done waxing for hair removal but was tired of the ingrown hairs. At my consultation, they made me feel right at home. They went through the process, the price they offered and gladly answered all my questions. Marley makes my appointments quick and easy. I couldn't be happier with their services 😁

Acne? Lasers? Botox? Oh my! The Laser Loft in Gahanna has it ALL! We finally found THE solution for my teen’s acne struggles (and a few mom’s beauty fixes too!). After trying dermatologists, doctors, and aestheticians with no luck, we stumbled upon this local gem—and WOW, what a game-changer! Lisa, the acne laser wizard, worked her magic on my son’s stubborn breakouts. She’s friendly, kind, and totally gets how to handle teens—especially when lasers are involved! The results? Mind-blowing! After just 8 days and two treatments, his skin is already looking so much clearer. 🙌 We are no longer fearing permanent acne damage. Came back for round two today, and the whole team has been nothing short of amazing—plus, we’re loving the owner’s vibe! So lucky to have this place right around the corner! The Laser Loft will see us again for some serious skin magic! ✨

I researched *plenty* of other Columbus laser places before choosing the Laser Loft. I'm 100% confident I made the right choice! I encourage anyone to choose this over a place like Milan. If you do the math, you pay less for the Laser Loft -- yes, Milan's payments are less at once, but by the end of your plan, you've paid significantly more over time than you do here. Better to save up for the payments here. My technician is amazing. She's friendly, easy to talk to, and really competent at what she does. I feel so comfortable with her, and the best part is she's willing to work with me and be flexible to really address all my problem areas. I really really appreciate that! There are a few tiny negative things that stand out to me, but nothing crazy. *The first is that when I tried sugaring somewhere else, the process was much more modest and comfortable; there, you got a small cloth to position strategically over yourself that you move as the tech goes along. This experience is the opposite of that -- I totally get the practicality, but it was very jarring for me at my first appointment and I had no idea to expect that! I'm used to it now, but women should expect a process significantly more intimate than even their gynecology appointments lol. I do feel very safe here though, once I got used to it. *The second is that the consult process would be vastly improved (in my opinion) with a tactful body map like Milan utilizes. It was uncomfortable for me to try to ask questions about very specific body areas I absolutely needed to ensure would be covered for the cost I would be paying, and which packages covered which areas. It ended up being that my first appointment was where I ultimately was able to show the technician the areas I needed covered, which were a slight hodge podge of areas. But we were not 100% on the same page until after that first appointment, because it was hard to be that specific in the consult. *The Laser Loft does not provide free lifetime touchups, which some other places do offer. I understand that would be like opening a can of worms, and hopefully I won't need touch-ups for a very long time or at least not frequently! But just noting that it's a benefit that other places offer. *The last thing is that even though I purchased packages of treatments, the front desk regularly has rung me up for the wrong price (on the discounted follow-up appointments after the packages ran out). I definitely don't think that was intentional, but I had to really watch that and flag that I should be receiving the lesser rate on multiple occasions. Again, those are super minor things. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Laser Loft without question to anyone at all! I have a great experience every single time I go.

I have loved my experience with the Laser Loft! Olivia has been incredible as my esthetician, guiding and coaching me over seven months to the clearest skin I've ever had. Appointments are easy to schedule and reschedule, the facilities and services are lovely and luxurious, and I cannot recommend enough.

Sara is the absolute best! My wife and I both go to her and we adore her. She does an incredible job, so kind and professional. Highly recommend Sara! Laser Loft is so clean and transparent with everything! Awesome customer service and staff is kind.
