Nice local location, clean modern facility, great staff throughout. I've gotten excellent medical care with Dr. DeJesus and his staff with checkups and minor in-office surgery. But good luck trying to actually talk to someone by phone and the old Patient Portal and (currently) the new MyChart sites are also impossible to message anyone - or even request an RX refill. Hopefully this will soon be taken care of. Giving a well earned five star rating on medical care but the system needs work.

My husband's care provider, Teresa Barnett, is a caring person who LISTENS to a patient. Her staff is welcoming too.

I was a patient of Dr. Owens at Adena in Jackson for roughly 5 or 6 years for a work injury. His office staff and himself are very accomidating and will do whatever they can to help you through the difficult process of the BWC. They are great people there and I was exremely satisfied with my care while I doctored with them. The only reason I changed docs was because I had to once my BWC claim was settled and my family doctor took over my follow-up care.
