I was struggling to find a dermatologist that took my insurance that I wouldn't have to wait months to see or have to travel an hour or more. I'm so thankful I reached out to this office. They scheduled me for 1 week after I contacted them. I have what is suspected to be skin cancer so waiting wasn't an option. The receptionist was cheerful. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. I believe it was Tessa Arvay who did the biopsy after Dr.Gandhi came in and checked me over. They were both kind and made me feel comfortable.This was my first time seeing a dermatologist so I was very anxious. I'm so thankful to have found a practice to see and that they made me feel comfortable.

My mother had quite a struggle with a scheduled appointment. It seems as though no one is ever at the front desk or communicating with patients. The first issue was just simply calling the office to schedule an appointment. No answer after many tries. She proceeded to finally get a successful appointment but her follow up was atrocious. Scheduled an appointment for 12:30 and sat for an hour with zero communication from the staff even though they were aware there were patients in the waiting room. Very unprofessional way to handle patients. They need better communication skills and employees who don't attempt to hide from patients to avoid doing their jobs. There is simply no excuse for patients to have to beg to be told why they have been ignored or why the office was behind on taking patients. Makes zero sense for an office to not have a receptionist when they schedule appointments.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ohio Skin Center for a full-body skin exam and the removal of three spots for biopsy. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Gandhi took the time to carefully examine my skin, explaining each step and answering all of my questions. The full-body scan was thorough and informative. Dr. Gandhi identified several areas of concern and recommended further evaluation. The removal of the three spots was a quick and painless procedure, thanks to Dr. Gandhi skillful technique. As a patient who drove up from Cincinnati, I can confidently say that the journey was well worth it. Dr. Gandhi's expertise, compassion, and dedication to patient care make him an exceptional dermatologist. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a thorough and personalized skin evaluation.
