Dr. Lichten was very polite and professional throughout the entire process, he made me feel comfortable before and after surgery. His staff has always been very nice and professional as well. I had Gastric Bypass in 2021, this year I was referred to Ohio Plastic for excess skin removal, Dr. Lichten and his team did a wonderful job, I am 6months post op and I love my new body. It’s still an adjustment and I still feel weird when I look in the mirror, but Dr. Lichten has reassured me that it won’t last forever. After surgery, anytime I had any concerns during recovery he always called back immediately with reassurances.

The ladies in the reception area need to do better. I had to reach out myself for an appt after waiting 2 weeks after the referral was sent and after that I had to again reach out to them with an update they said they were waiting for verification from my insurance. When I tried to call them back with another number to call to verify my insurance they said they couldn't accept me just like that. How sad. I've been waiting for an appt with a really sore and infected lip piercing that nees to come out and now I have to wait longer all because they didn't want to verify my insurance any longer. All this time was wasted and my lip has gotten worse.

My partner got a gender-affirming double mastectomy by Dr Lichten and is extremely pleased with the results. The office staff were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and Dr Lichten did a fantastic job with the surgery. Five stars, would recommend.

Dr. Lichten and his staff are the best. He had done my breast augmentation 2 years ago, and then 2 weeks ago my tummy tuck and lipo with muscle repair. After having twins 11 years ago, no matter what I did I couldn't "fix" that pregnancy damage to my muscles and skin. I also am a naturally anxious type A person, and I have had bad experiences with my c-sections, so I was super leery of cosmetic surgery. After years of working out and thousands of hours in the gym, I am so glad I found Dr. Lichten to help. I am also an RN, and honestly not a huge fan of most Dr.s, 😄 but he always has a way of keeping me calm without being condescending or rude. He's very thorough and his staff is so nice and helpful you will feel like you are their only patient. Dr. Lichten was even on call the weekend after my tummy tuck and I could ask him questions directly. He helped keep my pain managed and was very kind and helpful on a nerve-racking weekend post opp. Where else is your surgeon that available? Dr. Lichten allows you to help manage your care, but he is very knowledgeable so it's easy to trust his recommendations. His nurse is super kind too! Trust me I don't take the time to write these usually, but I had to just in case another momma wants a makeover and is as nervous as I was! Go with Dr. L you won't regret it.
