I have taken my grandchildren to Abby for years .She is the best Dr ever.She treats you like family.she make my grandchildren and I comfortable. She really cares about you.She gives you hugs.She takes time to talk with you .My grandchildren say she is the only dr they trust. She is a beautiful person.And her staff is wonderful. WE have nothing but love and respect for her.

I would leave zero stars if i could. This office has been going down hill for months. They don’t return calls. Rita worked on an ENT referral for over a week. I called to check up a week later and they insisted on doing a checkup when the yearly checkup was already completed. Courtney wasn’t helpful and very rude. The office takes on more than what the doctor can handle. Do not recommend this office especially if you have kids. My child is 6??? Not sure why you’re saying baby? Do you know which child you were even getting a referral for? That’s embarrassing. The child you should concerned about is the one sitting on the bean bag chair in the office. I clearly told Rita the older lady why my daughter needed to be seen by an ENT LAST MONDAY when i called the office. She should have told me LAST MONDAY when i called that she needed to be seen in office. I told her it was urgent and she waits a week to inform me that she needs to have an appointment in the office?? Very unprofessional. The fact that you’re arguing with me proves to everyone that this review is in fact true. Have a great day!
