Great experience! 5 star service for sure. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The girls in the office were so personable and professional. You can tell they love their jobs and love their patients! Dr. Kuhlman clearly loves his craft and the consultation before the procedure is very thorough. He truly wants you to feel and look like a million bucks without breaking the bank. The prices are very reasonable and they have a great rewards program and special offers. If you are on the fence about any of the services they offer, I highly encourage you to visit for at least a consultation. You won't regret it!

Dr Kuhlman was beyond great! He explained everything to me! I feel he went above and beyond and back around again! He was genuine and told me things that I probably should have heard from my other doctors! He said the word "fibromyalgia" instead of hinting around it like it was a bad word! I left feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I will still have pain but it just feels better knowing it's been acknowledged with the word and he had different things I can do to help with it!! Thank you so much!

Dr. Kuhlman is awesome. He’s friendly and funny, but most importantly, he is KNOWLEDGEABLE about exactly what you are wanting done... He understands the subtle differences in the “looks” you are going for, and obviously, as a muscle doctor, he knows his stuff at an expert level. Very friendly staff too, everybody here is attractive, pleasant, and fun. Kristen, the office manager, was awesome too, very helpful. I always feel very welcomed when I go in here. Wonderful place, I recommend it to anybody, even if you’ve never been to a place like this before, you’ll feel right at home. 5+ stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst customer service I've experienced. I've called a couple of times and whoever I spoke to seemed annoyed to even answer questions and extremely snobby. When I tried to schedule an appointment I was told they "didn't have an availability anytime soon" then hung up on me. I was hoping to find something closer to me since I've been traveling to get my treatments done. I will continue to go out of state since my regular doctor's office at least has professionalism and respectful customer service skills. Too the comment below...yes it is the cosmetic med spa in lima I contacted.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with injectables and botox. The staff was patient, genuine, and very comforting during the procedures. I will never go anywhere else!
