I went in because of a spot on my nose. Greeted by professional, caring staff. Took a painless biopsy and was out the door fast. I have been a patient in the past and am very impressed with staff and knowledge they provide. I highly recommend Apex to all I know. Thank you for the caring. Barry

Apex skin care is amazing. They are the first doctor to offer me something that cures a problem and doesn't just treat it. The wait times can be a little long sometimes in the waiting room but that's because they provide a level of individualized care to each and every patient. I've had acne since I was ten yrs old and I've used every medication there is including creams and lotions, some of them twice. And the doctor I saw, I want to say her name was Maggie or Mandy, she provided me with a hopeful cure for my problem. Allopathic medicine is the norm in the USA and under that order the doctors are taught to treat medical problems not cure them. I am super happy with apex , I highly recommend them. Just be patient, be honest when you talk with them, and follow the suggestions or orders they give you. Thank you apex and thank you to the doctor I saw. Apex in Lorain was a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly. Every time I called they were so kind and helpful. I had to go for my annual skin screening and I was in and out in a flash and they addressed all of my concerns. Definitely happy with them!

Waiting for what seemed like forever. Once we got back in to our room there were open test containers out and swabs. Gloves on the table next to the exam table along with more testing cups out. Seemed like nothing was cleaned up after the last patient. Once they finally came back in to the room it felt completely rushed and disorganized. When I was all finished with the doctor they told me my prescriptions would be seen right over and they would be ready shortly. I drove all the way to my pharmacy and they told me they never received them. So I called apex and there response was oh i will let the back office know. Finally today the pharmacy called and said that that they finally sent them over this morning and that they are ready.
