My migraines progressed to chronic about 5 years ago. I tried acupuncture, chiropractors, triptans and lastly Botox and Nurtec. I did get some relief but was still getting 3-5 headaches every week. After discovering migraine surgery and doing extensive research, I decided to go for it with Dr Guyuron, after all, he was the pioneer with this type of surgery. I had bilateral migraine surgery on August 1, 2024! To date, 11/11/24, I have not had a real migraine. The numbness has diminished significantly and discomfort is at a minimum. The staff was excellent but I don’t think I was prepared that it would take 3 months plus for all the discomfort to subside. The surgery has been a life changing experience for me and I’m optimistic that I will continue to be migraine free in the future. I am thankful every day for finding Dr Guyuron and having this surgery 😊!

Dr. Guyron was highly recommended to me by a surgeon friend, and I am soooo glad I went to see him, despite living 5 hours away. First off- he performed a septorhinoplasty and lower bleph for me, which turned out amazing. I am so so happy with my new nose. I can breathe better, and it looks so cute. He understood exactly what I wanted and delivered perfectly. I used to have a very droopy tip and bulbous nose that was too wide and dropped further down when I smiled. The result was subtle and natural- which isn't to say it wasn't a huge difference! It was still a big shock to see myself with a new nose initially, but it was believable.. no one would think it wasn't my natural nose. Scars are pretty much invisible. Second and even more importantly- Dr Guyron is a class act. Super high integrity human being that does what's best for the patient. While he was working on my nose, he noticed a slight irregularity in my cheek and took a biopsy. As it turns out, it was positive for cancer. Most surgeons would have just said "you should have that looked at"-- this guy took the biopsy and when it came back, he called me while on his vacation with his family to tell me my results and councel me on next steps. I am super grateful to him for catching it and being so thorough. Not many people would have done that, and he really saved me. ❤️ I can not recommend Dr Guyron enough. Dr. Guyuron is phenomenal. After suffering for more than a decade and trying different solutions that didn’t work I finally found a world leading surgeon who performed migraine surgeries that many other doctors do not even know about it seems like. He diagnosed my problem in 10 seconds (seriously), had me in for surgery within 2 weeks, and I have not had a migraine since. He has truly given me my life back from the debilitating 24 hour headaches/migraines (yes, it got that bad). I want to thank Dr. Guyuron and his amazing staff. I have had 2 follow ups since the surgery and am going back for a third in about a month. I hope everyone who suffers from the same issue I had sees Dr. Guyuron because I’m truly amazed and relieved I’m pain free. Thank you Dr. Guyuron!

You saved my life. Migraines were chronic severe. Did exploratory surgery with your knowledge in Colorado and they are gone. The back of head he was scared to do. Did and needs to go straighter up head and would totally be gone. He did an excellent job and studied everything from you. Thank you. Prayers
