I have had the pleasure of seeing all the providers at this office for various reasons. Every provider takes their time with you, considers what’s in your best interest, and treats you with compassion and such great care. I can’t recommend this office enough!! The staff is equally amazing! Very special shout out to Melissa, Heather, and Cori! I have seen such improvements in my skin and they are all very knowledgeable!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Their billing is atrocious. I paid three bills in full from the amounts they sent -IN FULL and they rebill me 11 months later a different amount for all three visits. When I called them, there was no return call, no reason that it was changed. Then today I get a collections notice - not even a month after this rebilling. AVOID them at all costs unless you want to have your medical bills sent into collections!

Over a hundred thirty dollars for the man to step in look over my shoulders, and tell me "yep, yep, all good, no concerns here. Wear your sunscreen" Really?! Then I tried to call several times with no answer and no opportunity to ask/resolve my questions. We will NOT BE BACK.

Want to preface this by stating that I never directly interacted with the doctor, who by reputation is quite good. My treatment experience took place solely with Trent. Trent was not a quality practitioner. I experienced multiple instances of uncertainty, indecisiveness, and a general lack of cohesion to the proposed treatment plan. The ultimate conclusion was an indeterminate diagnosis of either plaque psoriasis or eczema with no specific plan for either.

I have known Melissa Ott, CNP for quite a while and she is fantastic at what she does! She is very friendly and professional. I will not trust anyone else with my skin care needs. I highly recommend her.
