Trillium Creek Dermatology

Dr. Torok and the entire staff at Trillium Creek are very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. My family and I always feel welcome there. It is an understatement to say that they truly care about their patients. They go above and beyond to help and I sincerely appreciate them.

One, its near impossible to call and schedule. I scheduled online for a mole check planning to get whole body check. Apparently it schedules different. I get there at 230pm without a single person in the waiting room and theres a big sign saying no co pay for skin checks. I asked the nurse to get my full body skin check that i am due for instead of the one mole but they said that can’t change appointments day of. So i had to pay $40 co pay and still not get what I need. Super frustrating. Office staff was nice otherwise. It’s hit or miss here. Last year i waited an hour, saw a different provider, wanted prescription retinal but they only push their in office products.

Gabriella was excellent. Her energy made my experience so much better than I’ve had at other offices. And Holly the nurse was great; both very professional and understanding of the situation.

Dr. Helen Torok evaluated my concerns by giving a detailed explanation to me. She is knowledgeable and well-respected in the specialty of dermatology. As a patient for many years, I highly recommend Dr. Torok. She offers many cosmetic options and products in the boutique which is part of the campus setting. Dr. Torok and her staff are wonderful.

Dr Baillis so efficient and comforting to deal with. All supporting staff most knowledgeable and supportive. Would definitely ( and already have) refer family or friends to use your service!
