All of the staff are incredibly nice, and Gretchen is amazing! She always makes me feel comfortable and addresses my concerns so quickly and effortlessly. Honestly both times I have been there have been the best experiences I have ever had with any medical related appointments. They truly listen to the reason why you made the appointment and your concerns before providing suggested next steps.

I have always had a great experience at Optima. Dr Delost and his team are always so welcoming and friendly. There is never a long wait and we have always been treated with respect and kindness.

1st visit to Optima Dermatology. Greeted and checked in quickly and efficiently. Waiting area comfortable and spacious plus a coffee area is a nice touch. Exam rooms are clean and look brand new with a mini private changing area behind a curtain. Dr. Delost was thorough and immediately came up with a treatment plan and explained it to me along with written instructions. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. Top notch! You should be proud of the team and the facility. Great job!

I would recommend optima dermatology to anyone. This is a very caring facility, Gretchen Shull is an excellent doctor. She takes her time and is very friendly. The entire staff is great! It’s hard to find such a nice doctor these days!
