I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Optima Dermatology in Milford, especially with Sarah Winholt, FNP-C! Today, I had the BBL and Halo laser procedure for improving my skin texture, treating rosacea, and addressing sun damage. I've visited several skin care clinics in the past, but those experiences were painful, uncomfortable, and extremely expensive. Optima stands out in every way—it takes a compassionate and thoughtful approach to treatments, focusing on achieving the best results. Sarah applied a top-quality numbing cream that made a procedure that could have been unbearable completely painless. She guided me through each step as she worked with the machines, making me feel at ease and confident in her expertise. Afterward, I was treated like royalty with a cooling mask, a care kit, detailed instructions, a skin regimen, and even an extra cooling mask to take home—all included in the price. I also had the chance to take advantage of their special promotion, which included a complimentary BBL with my Halo treatment, offering significant cost savings. I have had nothing but great experiences with Optima Milford. Dr. Schaen provided answers for me that my previous practice didn’t. She was patient and definitely a subject matter expert with my condition. Sarah was also super thorough in providing options and complete confidence in helping me achieve my goals. I can’t leave out the front desk staff. They are a fun and informative bunch. We are fortunate to have their practice in the Milford area.

What a pleasant surprise! The office is gorgeous and very well appointed. Every staff member was friendly and professional. I had an appointment set for July for an annual review but I had a growth on my arm that concerned me and they arranged for me to be seen the same week that I called. Strongly recommend Optima.

She was very professional and gave good advice on preventative skin care & treated my skin problems with great care. The Building was wonderful & very modern…loved the style!

We selected this new practice in our area, because our previous dermatology group was much farther away from home. It's great to have this new business our community - the building is a wonderful, attractive addition, and it is quite nice, both inside and out. Obtaining an appointment was very easy and convenient, and we really liked the link provided to take care of the check-in process online beforehand. The staff are very courteous and pleasant, and the annual skin check process was very informative - Jayson is a skilled and considerate professional! It's good to have things addressed before they become issues. We're already scheduled for next year's check, and are comforted in knowing that any issues can be addressed close to home.
