One of the most bizarre businesses I’ve ever had to deal with. No phone calls, all communications via text messages which seemed very odd. Before I could make appt they wanted blood work so my husband picked up the script for me as I was at work and when I went to get blood draw they noticed that the script had absolutely no personal info such as my name, birthdate.. nothing so they couldn’t do my blood draw. When the receptionist tried to call number shown on the script of course no answer. When I text the person I’d been working with she responded an hour or so later and said, “ oh sorry, they need to call this number”. Needless to say my interaction with med spa ended there.
