If I could give this office 0 stars I would. I had an 11 o’clock appointment with Dr. Alsop. They checked me in and put me in a room where I sat for over an hour. I eventually called the office from the room to inquire what was taking so long. The receptionist said someone would be coming in momentarily. The MA then came in and informed me that the Dr. wouldn’t be able to see me. After I sat for almost an hour the doctor couldn’t even give the respect of coming in and giving the information. Go to any other doctor besides this one.

Been going there for most of my life, didn't get a call from my doctor when I had an appointment set up and then the next day I get a letter from my doctor saying he no longer wants to be my provider. After almost 20 years. Poor way to run a business. I would offer up zero stars if I could. If he wasn't qualified to help me, that's all he had to say. Instead of blowing off an appointment and then sending a nasty letter.

Very caring and professional with polite service! If needed then they are quick to get you into see your doctor. Dr. May has been very good and hope his retirement is great! He will be missed and, all staff there has been very good:) !!!

I give it a 1 since Dr. May has retired. Jennifer Allsop is absolutely horrible!! If you need to have an intelligent conversation about your health and medications, she is NOT the one! She needs to go! I would not recommend her to anyone!!!
