I arrived at my appointment (on time) and upon my check in I was advised that I needed to pay my co pay of $30. Rushing out, I forgot my wallet. I asked if they can bill me or I can call back to make my payment. The receptionist Bailey stated they need to collect the payment upfront and if I can drive back home to get my wallet. I told her no because I don’t stay close. She then said she will have to speak with someone to see if they will take me. As I waited almost 10min she comes into the lobby in front of other patients saying I can’t be seen as it’s requirement from my insurance to be paid upfront in order to be seen. Feeling completely embarrassed, I told her to cancel my appointment and I will take my business elsewhere. Soon as I got in my car, she calls me 2x, left a voicemail saying they can see me as long as I make the payment today. What a joke! What changed?? A complete lie all along! I really feel that race was a motivated factor due to them feeling I wasn’t going to pay $30! Terrible customer service! During my first visit, the Dr. acted as if she didn’t want to touch my face and made sure to keep her distance from me but was able to make a diagnosis (which didn’t get corrected) Not sure if she’s comfortable with black patients but I will NEVER come to this place again or recommend it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went to Glo Dermatology to get an annual skin care check. Dr. Daoud was really lovely- professional, caring and informative. She took her time and explained various helpful tips for taking care of my skin. Her staff from start to finish was equally friendly and pleasant. The whole office has a positive vibe. I will be going back for a skin consultation. I am so thankful I found this practice. I highly recommend Glo Dermatology. They sincerely care about you and your well being.

Where do I begin, well all I know is Dr. Daoud exceeded my expectations. I was really nervous at first but she helped me feel comfortable and had a real vibe, and very professional. She knows what she's doing and she just took the wheel and my results came out better then I imagined! I now feel like myself again and I'm forever grateful! Literally i had something taken from me that was a blessing from God, and she restored my lip back to what I remember. I'm amazed! 🙂

Dr. Daoud is the best!!! She has tremendously helped me and transformed my skin in ways I couldn’t imagine. Her staff is also super knowledgeable and kind. If there was more than 5 stars I would give it!
