Dr Angela Kyei - Chay as extremely rude during the appointment and ignored my opinion and self-knowledge. She told me I was lying about chronic issue, I was self-destructive and that it was my fault. I later had another doctor treat it and do extractions that permanently solved the problem, as I had suggested to the Dr. She also incorrectly diagnosed a cyst, leading to a 6mo wait and non-covered surgery at an orthopedic surgeon.

I am a very hard patient to treat because my skin & body is so sensitive. I’m the .1% that always gets the worst side effects from whatever treatment. I came from dr ringo who screwed my skin up so bad she’s the reason I’m having the problems I’m dealing w. So I’ve been seeing Dr. Kyei for the last few years and my skin has showed astonishing improvement. She listened to me & didn’t try & tell me about my face that I’ve had for 20+ years. I was happy with my progress until they discontinued the product for months with no warning & my skin took a turn back in the wrong direction. Now the new formula is supposed to be a more sensitive solution but I’m still trying it out. As far as the white lady at the front desk, she’s not rude but always seem annoyed, frustrated & pissed off but who cares, lol let me buy my product & go about my day. The other ladies that work behind the door is always polite & friendly. The black lady w the short cut & the Spanish lady are my favorite. Good energy & always willing to go the extra mile to help out. They have a phone number to text if you have any questions. They have been closed a few times I jus went in to buy product but whatever, now I text the number the same day I plan to visit unscheduled. Idk, I feel the good treatment out weighs the bad by a lot. I definitely recommend.

Physicians are amazing and the only reason I continue to come back. However, the customer service provided by the front desk is nasty and poor. This is the second time that I’ve come to purchase an item (during stated office hours, via Google) and have been restricted from entering and purchasing any thing from the front desk staff. If the office is going to close early on a consistent basis - They should update their hours on Google. Customers travel from all areas to be met with a front desk staff that has subpar service and poor communication skills. Unbelievable.

Dr. Kyei is the best. I have dealt with acne for 28 years. Had one consultation with her 2.5 months ago. Used the medications she prescribed and my skin is 95% better. At the visit she told me she would have my skin clear within 3 months. She did not lie!

I've had a great experience with Dr. Kyei for hair & scalp concerns. She took my concerns seriously and took thought and time to develop a treatment plan with me to revive my hair. She's empathetic and really listens. Sometimes the office is running behind so I recommend allowing extra time around your appointment, but I've never found that to hinder my experience. I simply take it into account and make the time work. Highly recommend for any hair & scalp concerns you may have!
