Wonderful experience. From making my appointment to signing in. The excellent care I received from Jen Woodard and Jenn. I’m glad I found Jen here after having her as my provider for years at UC. I was treated with respect and was informed of what was going to be done. Terry did a great job of numbing the biopsy site and Jen obtained the biopsy with no pain. Overall very satisfied with The Dermatology Group.

I made an appointment for a resolution to my problem, the nurse practitioner did not explain to me the problem, & was sending me home with a cushion band- aid. That’s not going to resolve my problem!! After I explained what my daughter’s doctor prescribed, then she explained the possible solution to my problem. She also seemed to be in a hurry. The assisting nurse was excellent, he was extremely professional , kind & caring. Elizabeth skibo

Had my first ever “diamond glow” facial. McKay was very thorough, kind and explained every step. It was a very pleasant experience and happy with results.

I absolutely love coming to see Jen Woodard for my 8 year old. Her and her MA were SO amazing with him. We have a stubborn case and they have been nothing but helpful. She makes me feel like we are tackling this together, answers all my questions, and makes me feel heard. We will always try to see her for any of our derm needs!
