Although I did have to wait just a bit, Dr. Trotter was certainly worth the wait. Very thorough! Areas that I thought might have been an issue, without me even asking, she noticed them and explained what they were. Truly appreciate her staff as well. Everyone was very kind and extremely professional. Great place!!!

I went and seen Caitlin today for the first time . And I can honestly say I made the best decision ever. She is the most caring compassionate person ever. She listened and acted like she truly cared about what I had to say. And showed so much love and concerns. And her staff was absolutely amazing so loving caring . I am so glad I gave them a chance. Highly highly recommend them !!!!

I found them on my insurance website, but wasn’t logged into my plan, that’s on me. They didn’t tell me that I wasn’t in network, despite running my insurance when I got there, so they clearly knew I wasn’t in network. I waited in a dirty room for so long that I thought they forgot about me. I was in the room with the provider for MAYBE 10 minutes. I was given a bill for $286 (since my insurance declined it). I spoke to a physician I know, and he looked at my bill. He said that they billed a very high code that you can only use if you were with the patient for 45-59 minutes, that it’s nearly insurance fraud, and I should dispute. I called, and they said that “dermatology bills differently” despite the definition of the code specifically saying that it needed to be 45-59 min spent with the provider. A lot of people have had good experiences, but I think that my experience was very shady.

That’s being generous! They send every message telling me the charge 40$ for missed appointments , well I waited over an hour to be seen ! My time has value to me, pay me formy lost time!!!!

My first visit here was so pleasant. I saw Caitlin Lavilla for rosacea and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, offering a solution to a related issue I didn't even know there was a solution for. Her Medical Assistant was friendly and sweet, setting the scene for a nice experience. I look forward to a new long-term relationship with this office (since my condition isn't going anywhere in this lifetime - lol)! Thank you!
