I used to feel cared for going here. Everyone listened and tried to investigate my issues and try to help me find solutions. I had a hiatus for personal reasons and was advised to resume care with Dr Arar. So, I did. Dr. Arar did not listen to my pleas for him to send my medication to Kroger since Rite Aid was closing for good THAT DAY. I even put it in my intake paperwork. I emailed, called, and even mentioned it in my phone appointment (that no one told me was a phone appointment til I showed up in the office) that I would need it moved to Kroger. I was told to call back when my supply was lower than what it was. I called, and called, and called. Everyone said they would get the message to him. Finally when I requested my medical records my medication was ready at Kroger. I fought for 3 weeks and had to go 2 days without my medication which I told him I was very irritable without. At this point I don’t feel as he cares for me as a patient, so I will be seeking care elsewhere. Dr. Ali, you were pretty great though. Thanks for sending me the referral I needed so I could straighten out the slew of issues I have with my blood functions.

Dr Bushra and her staff are awesome. A friend recommended her to my family. My husband saw her first and he kept telling me how awesome she is! I went to her office and couldn't be more satisfied with her care. She spent almost an hour asking me about my health history and concerns. She gives each patient enough time to get to the root of the problem. My previous doctor was always in a rush and would treat symptoms without trying to find out what's causing them. I definitely recommend Dr. Bushra Ali. You won't be disappointed. She has an awesome staff too!

Dr. Ali is the most kind-hearted physician. I had a consultation with her and she was determined to get me the results I was looking for. I could not be happier with my entire experience at their office. Dr. Ali truly cares about her patients and well-being. She got me all ready for my wedding coming up in a couple of weeks!! Will definitely be back for more services!

Dr. Ali is awesome. She really takes the time to listen to you and get to know you - she doesn't rush you through like you are just a number or a $$. I trust her and her staff to listen to my issue(s) and treat me appropriately. They also fit me in easily and quickly when I had an acute issue that needed follow up urgently on a Monday after a weekend trip to the ER - not many places will take time for that.
