Trillium Creek Dermatology

This is a nice facility with staff that seem to care, within a clean and friendly environment. I’ve only been here twice so far, but both times were positive. The doctors along with the nurses/assistants seemed very knowledgeable and were straight to the point. My only complaint is the wait time. During both of my visits, I was not called back until 20+ minutes after my appointment, so please plan accordingly.

An absolutely fantastic experience, from the front desk to the examination and consultation with the physician, and everything in-between. Kennedy was a real pro -- very competent and friendly -- recording my medical history and current dermatology issues. Both she and Tarah made me feel welcomed and comfortable in this medical setting. Dr Reedy came as advertised -- friendly, an excellent listener, and someone who wanted the patient to thoroughly understand their condition and the options available to treat it. He provided me a sound treatment plan. I have tremendous confidence in the Trillium Creek staff.

I have been going to Trillium Creek for close to five years now. I live in Stark County but the dermatologist office I was going to closer to home required me to visit within a certain time frame or I was considered a "new patient" and had to wait months to be seen!! The doctors and staff at Trillium Creek are all professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have been to more than one of their office locations and had great experiences at each. I am able to schedule through their online portal which makes things so much easier when you have a busy schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend Trillium Creek to anyone who is looking for a dermatologist.

The staff was great! The facility is clean and welcoming. Dr. Torok put me at ease with the procedure I was having done. He made sure that I felt no pain at all. I would recommend this office if you're in need of dermatology services.

Monica RN is fabulous! I’ve gone to her for a couple years now. She always has a smile, listens, takes her time and does a great job with the services she provides. I highly recommend her.
