I have never been disappointed during my time here! The dermatology department is phenomenal! They are very professional, kind, and caring when it comes to the problems you have! You can certainly tell that these doctors care about their patients. This will be my main practice for dermatologist related issues :)

Dr. Lindsey is very thorough and takes the time to answer all of our questions. Short waiting time and the office has been so nice about fitting us in on short notice. Definitely recommend!

I just called in to set up an appointment for my husband. The woman asked what kind of insurance I have and she stated that they do not accept that insurance. I didn't care and was willing to pay out of pocket and she denied me the option to pay out of pocket. I advised her that I have NEVER been told by an MD that I can't use their services as a CASH payer. Then she proceed to ASSUME I was on MEDICAID. Advised her that I purchased my health insurance from Healthcare.gov because I am a business owner. She still had no intention on taking me as a patient, because I guess they don't accept "PEOPLE" who have to pay their bill in full out of pocket. I explained it is for my husband and that he was a former patient. We just moved back from out of state and he wanted to go with someone local that he was familiar with. She looked him up and stated that he owes a bill of $40. She gave me collections: 1-800-860-9701. Was advised to pay the bill and then call back with the confirmation and I would be able to make an appointment. I read the 1 Star reviews. Another client named "Meow Meow" was told the same thing. When she called back to make her appointment she was told that she no longer could use the MD's services because she went to collections. MORAL: Receptionist will assume you are on Welfare if your have a taste of ethnicity in your voice. Then she will deny you service as an OUT OF POCKET PATIENT. Then, if all else fails, they will say you owe $40 and deny you service even if you pay because, at one time, you went to collections. MY OPTION: RACIST, IGNORANT, and PATHETIC.

Dr. Lindsey Dolohanty and her staff made me feel very comfortable. She explained things perfectly and made me feel like I was the last patient of the day. I highly recommend this practice. Steve Swanson

I cannot say enough good things about Brodell Medical. I personally see Dr. Lindsey Dolohanty & truly feel grateful to have found a Dr. who cares so deeply about what she does. She is not only an asset in her office but an asset to the community. She cares for her patients and is results driven. She gets you right in and out but does not make you feel rushed. She takes time to answer my questions & has helped my skin so much! Thank you Dr. Lindsey!
