I had a pigmented spot on my face for as long as I could remember, always felt like it stuck out no matter what I did. After doing some research I found BB Aesthetic. I initially spoke with Lindsay, told her all of my concerns and she was super helpful, guiding me on treatment options and helping pick the best one for me. I was a little nervous for my first laser treatment, but Jill was AWESOME. She explained everything perfectly, answered my questions, and put my mind totally at ease. She is the absolute best! The process was quick and painless. I am so happy with the results. Total confidence boost.

Today was my first time visiting the new location in Westerville, and my second time getting the BBL forever clear acne treatment with Jill. I LOVE everything about this office! From the front desk staff to the providers everyone is so nice and accommodating! I'm not local and they're always able to squeeze me in last minute when I'm in town! Lindsay was so nice and knowledgeable and got back to me super quickly! The new office is absolutely beautiful. Jill is amazing!! So kind and comforting when I was super nervous about getting the laser treatment done. She walked me through everything and was so patient with me. I will continue to come here for all of my aesthetic treatments. I highly recommend BB aesthetic!!
