Dr. Pettit is an excellent doctor. He is super nice and does such an incredible job over all. The medical assistants like Joelle and Angie are amazing as well. The front however needs a class in empathy. They are not very kind to elderly patients. I watched as the person who sits in the middle came out and aggressively spoke to a new patient. The same person aggressively spoke to another patient about his insurance. This is not the first time witnessing the front and their intolerance for patients. The front really takes away from a fantastic clinical team.

I been a patient here for just over one year. Dr Donnelly is available for appointments that works with my work schedule. He explains skin health issues and available treatment options in an easy to understand manner. The office staff and nurses are all great and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend the practice as one of the best in Columbus.

I've been Dr. Donnelly's patient for several years, and I've think he's terrific! He's personable, patient and thorough. He remembers me from previous visits, even if it's been a year in between. I've sent my daughter & sister to him, and they've also had wonderful experiences with him. I'd highly recommend him!

Great experience. They had some new patient paperwork online that I could complete prior to the visit. The last 2 forms could have been uploaded as well. I didn't have to wait super long until I was called. My appointment time was about 15 minutes after I was seen. All in all, the doctor was professional. The nurse was a little argumentative and over stepped her role (in my opinion) not her place to offer a diagnosis or outcome, no matter how spot on she may or may not be. My next visit I will ask the nurse to let the doctor diagnose... The scheduling lady was very nice and helpful. The office was clean, and masks were optional.

I had Dr Andrea L and i wasnt happy with my visit. I felt like she didn’t really listen to any of my concerns. I called the office a day after my appt and they let me leave her a voicemail (holidays) bc I was worried and unsure since my visit about things she said and recommend. So I left a VM and when “they” called back, she ignored everything I said and just told me to take the prescribed meds. For context: I told her I am super sensitive to B vitamins. I had the worst breakout on both sides of my face for 9 months. The worst kind of pimples and cystic acne. I FINALLY got my face cleared and was wondering what to do about cystic acne bc I still get one or two here and there. She recommends 1000mg of B3. I told her my concerns with that. She said “my other patients have no problems” and left within a few min rather quickly out of my room. I already got the feeling she didn’t like me immediately upon entering the room. When I left a voicemail I apologized for taking her time and stressed the same concerns bc I couldn’t go through another 9 months. It impacted me severely. I expressed that maybe I misunderstood and just needed clarification. She didn’t call me back but instead had ANOTHER teams team member do it, not even her own. Stating “just take it no one else has had problems” according to her. So, no thanks. Not only do I feel dismissed but I paid to have someone disregard me and any issues I have. I left there feeling disappointed that yet again someone else in the medical field isn’t listening or cares enough to take the time. I told the staff I wanted another doctor. I don’t recommend her, especially if you have tattoos. She came across super biased and really stuck up. 3/5 bc I’m trying another doctor. So far, I’m not impressed with this place.
