I have a medical condition called hyperhydrosis, it causes excessive sweating. I went to Face Forward to get treated with Dysport. By the end of the day my sweating was already reduced 90%, with 2 days it was reduced 99%. I can’t explain the relief, comfort and pure joy I feel knowing I don’t have to deal with it ever again! I can’t thank Face Forward and Jess enough! This will forever impact my life going forward and I can finally feel comfortable wearing whatever I want and existing without sweating for no reason. This is a life changing solution to a chronic condition I’ve experienced my entire life.

During my tenure at the company, which ended over a year ago, I did not intend to write about my experience. However, upon learning additional details, I believe it is crucial to inform potential employees about certain matters before they sign legally binding documents. One significant concern is the non-compete agreement. The distance of 30 miles imposed by the company as a restriction for pursuing other opportunities in the aesthetics field is unreasonable. Moreover, the company has been known to take legal action against individuals who breach this agreement. During my interview, I was informed that the purpose of the non-compete was to prevent me from opening a competing practice in close proximity to the company. However, despite not engaging in such actions, I was compelled to leave my new job after only four weeks. When our legal representative attempted to negotiate a reasonable resolution, the company demanded an exorbitant sum of $100,000 to release me from the non-compete agreement. Furthermore, I have recently discovered that this practice of imposing substantial financial penalties on providers seeking to terminate their non-compete agreements is not an isolated incident. Some individuals have been required to pay as much as $80,000. This approach is not only unfair but also hinders providers from pursuing better opportunities for growth and development. The company's pretense of caring about its employees' well-being and growth is contradicted by these actions. Therefore, I urge the company to reconsider its restrictive non-compete policies and allow providers to move on to more favorable opportunities.

I had a great experience at Face Forward Aesthetics! I scheduled an appointment for Dermaplane which I normally get at another medical spa but since they had a promotion for a free Dermaplane service as part of their grand opening, I said why not give it a try! Their office is very bright and modern, and they offered a "comfort menu" which I thought was very cool! The menu offers you various beverages, mood music and atmosphere, warm bed, and other amenities that would make your visit most pleasurable. The service was fantastic, and my skin felt very smooth and soft afterward! I would return again and look forward to getting more services. I would recommend you give them a try!

Amazing from the time I was greeted when I walked in, through my treatment, and even still as I get on with my day. I am 110% sure I made the correct choice to invest in myself with some self love. The confidence that comes along with the investment, I am thankful for. The time they took to educate me on treatment options was invaluable as far as calming lingering nerves as well as eliminating any doubts I carried along with me. The treatment plan that was built unique to my needs will be my blueprint to follow as I continue this journey. Thankful!
