Start to finish a very pleasant, thorough experience. From the scheduling agent to the nurse and Dr. All very respectful and disarming. I will be returning. Especially easy book with many appointment times available. Thank you for opening a shop so close to me.

Check in personnel were kind. Tech was kind and explained what was happening. Kyle was in and out in about 2 min. Only asked my daughter "is this working?" and gave her 3 mo worth of medication and we have to go back again for the same 1 question and 2 min of time to get another 3 mo of medication. Would not give her more refills. Waste of money and time in visits.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tracey for several years during which I have had cancer screening every 6 months. I am always treated with courtesy and respect. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and checks to assure all my questions are answered. Today she performed a Mohs surgery on my shoulder. The procedure was painless and she made sure I was comfortable with everything. Her follow-up instructions were clear and precise. I have an excellent experience at every visit.

I went in with an open mind but was clear in the upfront that I was nervous to be there. I had never been to this place or met any of the staff. When I got to the exam room I was checked in by one of the techs which was fine. Not overly warm but good enough for what I expected. However when Dr Tracy entered, there were no questions, no warmth and she didn’t even introduce herself. I was a new patient and would’ve thought that would have been the very least. She dove right in without explaining anything. Left the room and came back for a simple procedure but throughout did not explain anything, and even at one point left the door open while I was disrobed in the exam chair, simply saying oops. After she finished all she said was thanks and then left. No explanation for what comes next, didn’t ask if I had any questions or concerns. I left in tears like I had whiplash and was confused why I even went there in the first place. Needless to say it was a horrible experience.

I saw Dr. Tracy and her staff that day! They were both very nice and curtious. I liked the fact that she listened to my concerns and could tell I was a bit nervous, I found myself laughing by the time the appointment was finished. When I discovered I had found I forgot to ask a couple of key questions, Dr. Tracy and her staff took the time to review my questions called me back that day with the answers. Needless to say, I've already got my next appointment scheduled.
