This was my first session and I was very anxious. First thing after getting checked in the receptionist if I wanted anything to drink. Then, a different kind woman came out of the room in front and asked again if I needed anything. After that the PA Marlot took me back and made me feel like I was at home. She started with asking what I knew and went through all that I didn’t. She even doubled checked my understanding of the services I was receiving. Which I find really helps to eliminate misunderstandings down the line. She was fantastic and experienced. I’m so glad I chose the Westlake office. Now I am super at ease and actually looking forward to my next appointment!
