I’ve been going here for years and will continue to do so! I always recommend to anyone I meet & it comes up in discussion. The place is beautiful & I’m immediately relaxed in the beautiful atmosphere & music. The techs that do the mammograms have always been efficient but thorough. I’ll be having my yearly “spa treatment“ here at Joanie Abdu. I was originally advised by my Dr to go here because the equipment was far more advanced & I needed it for my testing. The staff understood the assignment. They are caring and personable. The atmosphere is peaceful and the service is swift.

Staff is nice but they dont read the exrays there any more. So now we wait like any place in the county. Shame why go there instead of a place in trumbull county.

Out of curiosity as today was my first time ever there, I read a lot of the reviews that people had made about their experiences. I will say my only problem was actually GETTING AHOLD OF THEM IN ORDER TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. It took my OB office to call in there to make my appointment for me. However, when I arrived I was impressed. The wait time wasn’t too bad, paperwork was easy and fast the staff were extremely friendly and answered any question I had, at one point while I’m the waiting rooms I was joking about it almost felt as if you were in a spa just by comfortable they make you, how well you’re taken care of and the overall look of the place was beautifully done and well put together. Could’ve just been a good day for them bc majority of the reviews are horrible.

Always always loved this facility. Very disappointed today. Had a 10:45 appointment and was told it was for tomorrow. I am extremely organized and don't think the mistake was mine. ...which I never said to the staff. I know they complained about being short staffed today but found the front desk to be rude and abrupt. Sincerely hope this is not the new norm. I am a breast cancer survivor and this is a very anxious appointment for me. Don't want to be treated like cattle being herded.
