First time taking my daughter and granddaughter to Cooper & Co for their haircut and style services. I was disappointed in the haircut the stylist gave my granddaughter. It looks nothing like the picture she showed her. It's too short, over cut and over layered, choppy and butchy. Her long hair is completely gone.
