Wilson Medical, Inc - Bartlesville

Visited in August looking to switch primary care doctors. Awful experience and won’t be returning. Arrived and no one was there, 2 minutes after my appointment was to begin someone arrived and unlocked the door. A few patients entered but the receptionist made it clear she was new and probably couldn’t help much. I waited for an hour to be seen- listening to the receptionist play with a puppy, a few other patients coming in for shots were seen (I shouldn’t know this but could hear literally everything), doctor never arrived. When I finally asked what was going on - they tell me the doc might not be coming in. My appt was downgraded to just blood work. I then waited foreverrrr to get my labs done under their icy air conditioner while I played “spot the dead bugs” around the office. Guess how many roaches I saw? After all that wait, I finally get lab results back a few days later and some of the requested labs weren’t even done. The website lead me to believe this was going to be a female focused practice with a dash of bougie. This was so far from that it was laughable

Drove an hour two times to get my shots. They even sent me a message to confirm my appointment which I confirmed I would be there. I get there and it was locked up. They acted like I shouldn't of been mad when I called to find out what was going on. I even talked to Dr Wilson. All I got was I am sorry. We sent out messages..Nope you didn't. My husband even was going there and got $1200 bill for a blood test. Told me I had to pay it. They didn't bill our insurance. Had enough...Going somewhere else..

Back when medical marijuana was first legalized, I tried to get my medical marijuana card. I went in for the doctor's visit, and paid everything in cash, in full. Before I left I specifically asked the person at the desk if I had paid everything in full which was over $300. They said yes and that I had nothing to worry about, and to expect my application to be approved in two weeks. After the two weeks I called and was told things were running slow, and to call back in another week if I still had no results. Which I did, twice. On the third call I was told I had not paid my state fees and that it had been longer than 30 days, so my application was void and non-refundable.

Overlooked my “high priority” referral for therapy for over a month. They didn’t care that they did that, no apology, then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t get an appointment for another 4 months, despite their mistake. Lady on the phone was completely rude and insincere.

currently going here for quite some time now, i have had a great experience with my visits. there have been a lot of changes up there lately and in my experience, they have been good changes, 5 stars from me
