Made an appointment. Got reschedule to a few days later due to the weather, no problem! So over the course of the week I had confirmed appointment twice through their text they send. When I show up at 8:53 for my 9 appt I get sent away for not being 15 minutes early. I start to think well maybe I missed that note, so I apologized and said I didn’t know, and they rescheduled me again. I got out to my car and reviewed the text etc, nowhere did it say to be 15 minutes early. I understand the value of being early, but I was 7 minutes early. I don’t see this situation justified to waste my morning and send me away. The people I spoke to over the phone were nice, but I am not happy with how I was handled in person. I have an appt for next week and I will adjust my review based on how things go, but this was a waste of my time for nothing, I could have just spent that time working instead of planning to be somewhere that just sent me away over a few minutes. Also the woman told me it was 9 when it was 8:56 according to my phone, so that was even more frustrating, as I was waiting behind the guy in front of me anyway, i doubt those extra 5 minutes would have mattered.

I'm redoing my review. A while back I came here searching for help figuring out why I'm having back pain and how to stop it. I've had this pain in my back for 9 years now and it makes it so hard to be a good mom to my toddlers when I'm in so much pain all the time. She ordered one x-ray and met with me telling me there's nothing wrong with my back. She told me I'm just a tired mom and it'll go away when they grow up. Which is just a load of crap. Back pain for 8/9 years and my oldest child is 3. That makes no logical sense to me. She then sent me out the door leaving me with no answers and no help. I've now been to another doctor who ordered more x-rays and found degeneration in my lower spine. So no my back is not perfectly normal and fine like she told me. I feel so disregarded and disrespected by my experience with the doctor.

For over a month my fiancé has been trying to get treatment for his chronic back pain. Has had multiple appointments with no assistance have been waiting on a referral to a for 3 weeks and when we call to check either the lady who handles referrals is out of the office or our calls go unanswered even when they state the office opens at 8 am. No medication, no referral, no X-rays NOTHING this is unacceptable for a Doctors office. My fiancé is in excruciating pain and just wants relief and we just want help he can’t sleep can’t work anything. If I could give zero stars I would.

My mom and I had a great experience at their office today. The staff are friendly, lobby is large and gorgeous (super huge fish tank), and the wait time was not long (we had an 8:30 AM appointment). You have to wear a mask, but they provide them. They use iPads to sign in (very tech savvy), but they’ll help you if you aren’t tech savvy. Afterwards, it only took maybe 10 minutes for Dr. Caldwell to see us. She’s very approachable and non-judgement, and allows you to talk/address your concern without rushing or scolding at you. As a female, I really like how respectful and caring she was. Extremely great and topnotch experience.
