Penny is great as an esthetician! If this review were based on those skills alone, it would be 5 stars!! However, I was forced to give 3 stars based on her business practices. Just be forewarned that she is forgetful and disorganized; it seems as though she could benefit from a personal assistant to help keep on top of the business side of the house. As someone who values clear terms and conditions in their business dealings, this was ultimately a dealbreaker for me. It’s a shame because she really is good at what she does. If this aspect doesn’t really bother you, she’s probably a great fit!
