Nadine at the front desk was very rude, she never smiled and there was nothing welcoming or warm with her as the reception. Brian did procedures on both my sister and I, both were painful and yielded no results, his experience level isn’t comparable to other medical professionals in the area, ( I love Serenity Hill in Wichita Falls, TX) Merlina’s results and knowledge is exactly what you should want in an injector. I tried the IV infusion and it took 5 pokes and 2 people to get it right… not relaxing AT ALL. As a business, the level of professionalism and quality isn’t there. There are too many other options that offer better service with much better customer experience.

I have had my botox & lips done by Brian, he does a great job!!!! 2 weeks ago I went to Dawn for my eyebrows and will be returning for my eyeliner. She is by far the kindest, accommodating person in her field. You want permanent makeup 💄 go see her! you won't regret it ❤️

I have been to Skinworks for different types of appointments and services and I have had FANTASTIC care each time. I am now a gold member and look forward to using my membership each month! Nadine is always willing to answer my million questions and Dr. O explains things in a very understanding way. I have referred family, friends and co-workers! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Nadine, the receptionist was rude. Laughing while on a call with a potential customer with your coworkers is unprofessional!

I have been to several medi spas in the Lawton area & will definitely say Skinworks is the by far the best! Jayce has my skin looking better than ever!! I love how she takes the time to discuss any changes she sees in my skin & any recommendations she has for me. Nadine & Jayme are so friendly & definitely make you feel at ease. Dawn has done my brows for years -- she is truly amazing at what she does!
