She was very knowledgeable and informative about all of my concerns. I had 2 issues taken care of on my 1st visit and was out in 30 minutes. I left feeling confident about what signs to look for to spot a hereditary cancer and catch it early. Highly recommend Shelby if you need a dermatologist!!

Dr. Hayes is ALWAYS so personable and sweet and genuine. She’s always very concerned about why I’m in her office and my concerns. Facility is very clean and the staff is always very friendly! Wait time is very minimal. Thanks so much

Shelby Hayes is a very kind doctor. She's very knowledgeable of her subject and she explains it so you can understand what she's saying and what she means. She's very thorough. This was my first visit to her and she put me at ease immediately. She was courteous and very polite. Would I recommend her? That would be a resounding "YES". Thank you Dr Hayes!
