Southside Dermatology Muskogee

Need better/nicer/kinder front desk staff. This one tried to turn away my 84 yr old grandfather that needed his stitches taken out because he was 15 mins late. People like that, make patients not want to come back.

Great staff! Friendly and patient. They made sure I understood everything before leaving.

Go to any other dermatology. This place may book you faster but service is terrible, front desk is rude and it is a waste of time. I waited over an hour to be seen and they had forgotten I was even there. Then they tried to make me reschedule because it was past time for appointments lol. Do yourself a favor and see any other derma.

The wait was rather long and I wish they had a window at check in or something as I heard the receptionist say things I shouldn’t have heard but that’s not her fault. Loved both my doctor and assistant! Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with my first visit and the way I was taken care of :) The waiting time in the lobby and inside the room was shorter than I expected. Also, the receptionist considered my needs and preferences when scheduling my following appointments. Definitely recommend this place.
