I love my doctor Webster & Carter, I’ve been going to them 13 years now. I refuse to go anywhere else. They are great listeners and help you with all issues you have.

I have been getting pellets with them for over 4 years. The doctors and their assistants are great. The front desk is another story. The don’t return phone calls, leave you on hold for over 30 minutes, lost my referral and then cancelled my appointment before calling me, showed up two different times on their request for an interview and then told the interviewer wasn’t there or was too busy. I’ve been billed and sent to collections for co-pay’s that I’ve already paid, when I call to inquire about them I’m told not to worry or they’re not sure why and they’ll call me back, which they never do. The front office needs some serious help and yet they do nothing. They are losing business. I’m looking to move my business to another clinic. It’s sad and they need to fix it.

Dr Webster and Dr Carter are amazing! Dr Webster truly saved my life. At 38 years old I was diagnosed with a genetic disorder all because she was invested in my health. I’m quite sure had she not suggested I get tested I wouldn’t be here. I love seeing either Dr, they both really care about their patients. The office is busy, but worth the wait and everyone is extremely nice.

I had an appt today concerning Weightloss with Dr Webster. (I saw Dr Carter back in 2015 and had an excellent experience and treatment then. )I have went through menopause and had some new health issues that affect my weight gain so I have come back to see them. The whole staff today was attentive, kind, and professional . From checking in at the front desk, to the young lady that brought me back to the exam room, the visit with Dr Webster was very informative, to having my blood drawn with no discomfort by the nice lady in labs, to checking out!
