Ideal Image Oklahoma City

Went in for lip filler. Expressed what I wanted to accomplish. Even out my lips and more fullness. The tech was attentive and showed me results throughout the process. I expressed my concerns before she injected the last 20% of the syringe that I felt my lips were not even and one side was fuller than the other. Her response was people's faces are not symmetrical so don't pay much attention to that... I found this disturbing because the main reason for me wanting filler was to even out my lips and make them more symmetrical which I expressed multiple times. After the appointment was complete I went out to my car to leave. I was not completely satisfied and I felt uneasy so I went back in to express my concerns with the manager. The manager stated I don't see anything wrong they look ok to me... if you want to come in for a follow up in a few days or in 2 weeks when the lips are healed we can take another look but you have ti purchase another syringe if you want it corrected. I let her know I just paid to have work done and if it was not correctly I don't feel I should have to buy another full syringe in order to correct this error. The manger stated we can revisit your options at your follow up appointment, I've never had this happen before so I don't want your options would be until you come back in. We will try to make things right at that time within our policy. I don't mind paying a little more for them to correct the issue but I feel that charging for a full service is unacceptable. For a long standing company that raves about there service and product they don't seem to take accountability for their actions. I will update this review after my follow accordingly.

Stephanie is such a sweet person and makes you feel extremely comfortable in her care. This is the second time I’ve went to her and I will be going back for all future appointments! She is very informative and knowledgeable about all the products. She takes the time to answer any questions and concerns. Overall really good experiences both times I’ve been there. Would recommend 10/10

I had a very good experience with Ideal Image. I came in for my appointment not knowing that I had to wait two weeks after a tooth filling to get lip filler. I was pretty upset because I was getting married in a couple of weeks and I really wanted to get them done, they didn’t have any availability until April at the time but they watched for a cancellation and got me in immediately when there was a cancellation. Bless her heart the girl that did my lips was so sweet and helped me through my nausea and lightheaded self bc I’m dramatic lol. but 10/10 would recommend!! Everyone was so sweet and helpful!!

I’m currently going through laser hair removal treatment. The nurse always makes me feel extremely comfortable! Staff is very personable. The facility is very chic and very clean!!

Stephany is the sweetest! She’s been my injector twice now and always does a phenomenal job. She takes the time to address my every need and helps me achieve my goals every time. I very highly recommend!
