I can’t recommend optimal enough! I’ve been going to the aesthetics side for a year now and I have always had the most amazing experience. Heather, Trish, Caroline, Amy, Meredith….EVERYONE on the aesthetics side are so professional and so knowledgeable. I have never felt more comfortable and at home when I am getting a cosmetic procedure done. Thank you optimal aesthetics ladies for making me look snatched every single time.

Heather was fabulous- I’d never had a follow up appointment for Botox so SHE could be happy with my results!! Receptionist was amazing to help get my appointment going and was knowledgeable about everything they offered. I feel like if you’re in that position, you should know your products for your clients, but more often than not- that is NOT the case. I left feeling informed, taken care of, and that my business was appreciated due to the receptionist alone. Very happy with my results that Heather gave me and I will return.

Sheila does an amazing job at laser hair removal. She is friendly and very competent at what she does. This is my 3rd visit and I’m so excited and impressed with the results.

Absolutely loved my experience! All the staff are extremely friendly, you could immediately tell they are passionate about their jobs. My time with Heather Wagner was very personable and I felt that she really listened to my concerns, especially when it came to hormone replacement therapy and weight loss.
