Today, I had my first Tox experience with NP Marlene, and I can’t recommend her enough! She is so friendly, warm, and professional. I filled out the intake form ahead of time, and when I arrived, I was greeted by both Marlene and Kat. We discussed the areas I wanted to target, and Marlene walked me through the process, explaining exactly what she would do. As she worked, I really appreciated how she let me know ahead of time if any pokes were going to be, in her words, “spicy.” It made the experience feel more comfortable, and I was able to relax and chat with her throughout the session. Afterward, I mentioned to Kat that I wanted to get a quick wax done, and she kindly introduced me to Zay. Even though Zay wasn’t there for my appointment, she graciously provided a complimentary wax! It was a small area, but it was a lovely extra touch that made me feel so special. The team at Stilnovaco is incredibly accommodating and made me feel right at home. If you're looking for a confidence boost, I absolutely recommend this place. We only have one body, and I want to take care of mine gracefully—and this team truly helps with that.
