Dr Rhoades has changed my life. I never realized how much my deviated septum was impacting my breathing and overall health. After Dr Rhoades did my medical rhinoplasty I'm breathing so much better, i never felt I could support my breathing through my nose alone and now i can! Everyone is so nice at the office Dr Rhoades really does a good job at being transparent and explaining everything about the procedure.

After 4 years I am finally making an honest review…Bedside manner is poor. Office staff has constant turnover. After leaving me with an inverted v and partially fixing the problem I am still left with a deformity that Dr Wayne excused as freckles on my nose. HA! Meaning he wanted to get rid of me because the results of my rhinoplasty was botched and it has been a long road trying to correct these problems. I wish I had never chosen Dr Wayne.

Dr. Ivan Wayne performed a preservation rhinoplasty on me a few moths ago and i am so happy with the outcome! The Staff at W Aesthetics made me feel safe and taken care throughout this whole experience. I Highly recommend Dr.Ivan and his staff to anyone considering facial surgery.

If I could give Dr.Wayne 10 stars I would! The level of perfectionism with his technique is very evident with my results! I had a preservation rhinoplasty. I had no pain the next day after surgery. Little to no bruising and minimal swelling. Dr. Wayne and his staff are so personable and will make you feel comfortable from the consultation to the follow ups after surgery. I cannot recommend Dr. Wayne enough! So happy with my results and I’m only one month post op!
