Excellent care and first time experience. I have a complicated case if lupus and also psoriasis but she made me feel confident that we will get a handle on it and I don't have to freak out. I know I am in great hands. Also side note. Her lady who does check ins, is a total sweetheart!

The doctor here is very nice but I’m left with a pretty nasty scar and pillage from a surgery site where a small area of basil cell was removed. The stitches were in there so tight that on each end of the incision I have large balls of skin that will likely be there forever. In addition the wait times are way too long. My first consultation was an hour wait. My second visit I was called in early since they had several cancellations. I thought great, this visit will be much faster. Nope…this one was two hours. All of this time is spent waiting. As is typical with most doctors you only spend about 5 minutes with the actual doctor. I would be willing to forgive the over booking of appointments and wait times if I ended up with decent looking incision and minimal scarring but unfortunately I did not.

Dr. Jurgens was amazing. This was the most thorough skin cancer screening I have ever received. She and her staff were friendly, caring, yet extremely professional. Highly recommend.

I LOVE Dr. Jurgens. She is very attentive, helpful, and compassionate. She takes the time to listen and hear everything I have to say. She is thorough and great at her job. I have struggled with acne for years. Since seeing her I have seen a tremendous difference in my skin. In less than a year she has not only helped me understand how to take care of my skin, but has also provided me the resources to do so. Her staff is also WONDERFUL. I truly appreciate all of their help. I highly recommended! You won't regret it

Great visit. Dr Jurgens identified a problematic skin growth on my back. She removed it immediately rather than making me return at a later date. I'm 75 and I really appreciate not having to make multiple trips to get this taken care of.
