I loved my experience! Kaity did my lash lift and tint and it was so so good! She made sure to explain to me as the process was going on and kept me informed on what she was doing to my lashes. Everyone I came in contact with during my appointment was very friendly. The spa itself is spotless and felt very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be going back!

I made an appointment for a brow lamination and wax with Ms. Kaity Gravitt, and had the best experience ever! She was super sweet and helped me get my brows to looking the best they have ever looked. I would definitely recommend this sweet girl to anyone looking for their needs!

Life and cancer treatments frazzled me this year so I researched local med spas in hopes to glean advice for my skin concerns. Fig was perfect, Amanda gave me the most luxurious facial on a heated bed with weighted blankets and I was at complete relaxation…she used the most luxurious Caudalie products and educated me on skincare. Thanks Fig I’ll definitely return!

I called ahead to ask if they had a product in stock and the woman who answered seemed a bit confused at first but told me they had what I was looking for. I showed up 90 minutes later and spoke to the same woman who acknowledged that we had connected on the phone. We fumbled around at the product section looking confused. Then proceeded to ask me what the product looked like. I didn’t know as I haven’t bought it before. Eventually another woman chimes in and coincidentally said they “sold the last one already that morning.” No other offers to help. Or to order. That was that. I left empty handed and quite frankly wouldn’t trust a place like this with my skin care. Unprofessional and uneducated about what they are selling.
