I have been seeing Michelle for over a year for hydro-facials, BBL and Moxi. I love the results! Aging is a bummer…I had been fighting dry and crepe-y skin for several years until I started seeing Michelle and following her recommendations for daily skin care…while I have seen an amazing change…the best part is going to appointments! Michelle is a kind and thoughtful person…she really puts thought into what your needs are and doesn’t try to over sell…her spa is beautiful and relaxing…I can’t express how much I look forward to going to my appointments! Everyone needs to know how fantastic Addie is at Facials. As a long-time esthetician myself I know the second someone touches my face if they are good or not and Addie is amazing at facials and everything else she does. Michelle has created a beautiful spa in Albany and has all the best lasers and skincare. Do yourself a big favor and book the treatment you won't regret it.

I would recommend anyone in the Albany/Eugene/Salem even Portland area for Michelle. It's WORTH the drive! I come all the way from Eugene to get treatments with Michelle and have seen incredible results. As someone who has suffered from acne for years and have tried everything under the sun from medications, to diet changes–Everything Michelle has suggested to me as far as products and services WORK! At age 30, my skin is smoother and clearer than it ever has been. I'm so grateful to be under Michelles care! 10/10 go see her!

First I’d like to say the woman who did my facial was very nice and the facility is lovely. With that being said, I was very disappointed. I am far from a cheap person so I am happy to spend money on quality services. I’ve had quite a few facials in the past, and there has always been elements of relaxation incorporated in the experience. This experience was not like that at all. There was no meditational music, there was just a radio station. The door was left open so she could hear if anyone came through the front door. There was no aromatherapy or calm lighting. No neck or shoulder massage. It was very procedural. The facial was $135 for 60 minutes, not including tip. It was not worth the money. I do believe the product used on my face was high-quality, and again the woman who was performing the facial knew what she was doing. The results were good. But for that price the ambience and the relaxation elements just weren’t there . It didn’t feel relaxing one bit, it felt more like a dermatologist appointment. If you would like a facial here just be prepared that it’s more clinical and not very relaxing.
