Matthew Firebaugh is an excellent provider, helped me get my scalp and ear issues under control! He took time with me and answered all my questions and concerns, talked through different treatment options. Such a helpful and pleasant experience! Will definitely return in future when needed!

Dr. Hall was very personable and professional; on time, focused on my concerns and treatment, explained issues thoroughly. The office was very nice and this was a pleasant experience!

I wouldn't recommend them if you are a person of dark skin or tone. It's obvious that most dermatologist in this country have absolutely no idea how to treat black people or those with dark skin with skin conditions. I traveled all the way there to Bend from Portland in October 2024 in high hopes they could treat my growing scar on my scalp and hoping to get SRT done or finally something. But nope, doctor walks in as many times before and had no idea what it was or how to treat my dark skin like so many times before. The condition is believed to be dissecting cellulitis of the scalp. And like all dermatologist before, I was issued steroids and antibiotics. This does not work!!! Tried it numerous times. I need surgery and because other dermatologist before it has gotten worst. Little disappointed, but the staff was kind and the place was beautiful. Was hoping for actual help and will try to find a doctor that looks like me to hopefully cure this diseases I ve been battling for over 10 years. It there any dermatologist that could help me please???

I've seen Dr. Hall twice, one year apart for the same problem. The first time his treatments didn't work at all. The second time he prescribed the very same treatment and I told him it didn't work before, but to no avail, he wouldn't listen. I also told him what he had recommended for additional treatment and he said he'd never say to do that....but he did and realized I was correct once he checked his notes from my previous appointment. He didn't seem to think an apology was necessary...he pretty much called me a liar. Not going back....ever!!
