I would give this office zero stars if possible. My appointment was scheduled for 430 pm. I arrived at 435pm ( I would have been there earlier but the office is difficult to find. Their address is 9th street, but is set way back off the street behind other buildings). Upon my arrival I was told I was over 5 minutes late, the receptionist then went to the back office and then returned stating I would need to reschedule due to the “ 5 minute rule”. She didn’t offer me a choice for the next appointment, just filled out the card and handed it me. The appointment was for 3 months later! The receptionist was rude during the entire exchange As far as the “5 minute late” rule, I was never told that this is their policy. The next day I received an automated message from them stating that I “missed” my appointment. Very disappointed in this office. Will not return. Karen Payne

I arrived for my first visit 1/2 hour early and filled out all the documentation required. Waited 1.5 hours to see the doctor and was unable to see the doctor because by then it would have taken another hour to finish the appointment. Due to job commitments, I was unable to stay....no one apologized for the delay. I showed up today for my second appointment ONLY to be told they forgot additional forms which were not given to me the first appointment AND while I waited 1.5 hours during my first visit. So the form given to me today, it was explained THEN that this was a consultation visit which meant that I could have to come back for 3rd visit. When I made the appointment, when I waited 1.5 hours, when I made the second appointment, when there was an automated call, and when I confirmed the second appointment, NO ONE told me that this was a CONSULTATION visit. NO ONE apologized and the receptionist only stated..."I remember you waiting all that time your first visit". No apology, no customer service, and no customer retention!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! What a poor experience!!! I will not recommend this office to anyone and will let my primary doctor know was well. What a waste of my time because I had to miss work for the visits. I'm saddened they treat their customers this way.

Dark spot removal on cheeks with Yag laser- - Asian skin, - complete failure in spite of being told before each treatment - "I'm confident we can clear those up". She underwent I believe 4 treatments, where they would lighten (after the burns) for about 2 weeks then rebound stronger - another $250 treatment needed, same thing, same thing, same thing - all the while being reassured they were confident they could remove them. She gave up after it was obvious they were getting worse not better. I asked for some of the money back and that was a nope - tho we would not have kept going but for words like "another treatment or two will accomplish what we want". trusting their "expertise" Do not trust promised outcomes, apparently it's all hope and possibly lack of experience with Asian skin that was a costly lesson for my wife. We believe they are worse now after the treatments than if we had left them alone and saved our $1000. She had such high hopes for smoother cleaner skin with no dark spots....

I love Dr.Brune, I have been to atleast 4 different doctors to try and figure what was going on in my armpits and they kept telling it was “strep”. Nothing they did helped or worked. I finally got in contact with Dr Brune and she knew exactly what it was and has been working with me to treat it and ease everything. She listens, and is very compassionate. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a good dermatologist!

Dr Brune is my dermatologist and diagnosed me with a rare skin disease and a systemic autoimmune disease which were confirmed by pathology, labs. Other providers missed the diagnosis. Dr Brune consults with various sub-specialists derm/autoimmune/surgical cases to find the best course of treatment. Dr Brune is knowledgeable on the latest medical treatments and truly cares about her patients. I am grateful to have her as my dermatologist.
