Cascade Dermatology and Aesthetics

Overall it was a positive experience. Everyone was very helpful and patient with me since I had my disabled partner with me. I do have an issue with being given a diagnosis but not paperwork at the end of my visit with directions on what to do and what the diagnosis was. Also no scrape was made to verify that the diagnosis I was given is correct. A comment was made during my examination that I brings rise to a question. If I have a questionable lesion will they remove it and send off diagnostic review?

I had a great experience at Cascade Dermatology! The staff was welcoming, the office was clean, and the dermatologist was knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to address my concerns and provided clear, effective treatment options. I highly recommend for anyone needing top-notch dermatological care.

Check in was a breeze. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Vasquez is very calming and sets you at ease. He has helped me with several diagnosis and guided me through them. The nursing staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this office to everyone.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I schedule my daughter a appointment a few months in advance and when the day came for her appointment we headed to the office and because I had been seen there before I headed to what was the old office and I didn’t know that at that time, I got my daughter inside, she is disabled and in a wheelchair so I’m and out is not as quick. I get up to the second floor to realize they are no longer in the building I look them up find the new location and call them immediately no one answered I called 3 times before I actually got someone on the phone. We are starting the process of getting back in the car at that time and by the time I get to the new office I’m a few minutes late apparently they took took it upon themselves to mark my daughter as a no-show and then offered us a 315 appointment and I said we can’t have our original appointment. We are in the parking lot. She said no then I said OK I will come in and get the paperwork we will come back for the 315 appointment. She said oh the 315 appointment is already taken, it hadn’t even been a minute at that point. I said ok well I would like to give my daughter my appointment she told me I can’t do that because there can’t be back to back new patient appointments. I said that’s not my problem and I would really appreciate it if you would work with me it’s difficult and a lot of work to get my daughter out of the house as it is. She didn’t care. I asked for her name she gave me 2 names and I told her it was BS that she shouldn’t treat people like this her job is customer service and her customer service skills sucked, and that I would be writing a poor review, she said she would hate to end the call because of my poor language. She should be fired and she can use her own pay check to pay the $50 fee I was charged for a no-show even tho in a email it says if you no-show you will be charged a $25 fee. I’m not paying it and I will tell everyone to not ever go to cascade dermatology

Cascade Dermatology changed my life for the better! Their staff sorted out all the insurance paperwork to help me to clear up issues that have caused me pain my whole life. I am so thankful for them. I feel better now than I ever have. They have a welcoming atmosphere and great people who care.
